Working With Us:

Powerful Exchanges and Our Happy Money Policy

We value your time, energy, commitment, and presence for showing up for this deep work.  We are committed to serving you to the best of our ability.  We love having the freedom to be adaptable to your particular needs, and to move with you through our journey together. With that freedom comes responsibility: for all of us to show up as best as we can. We have a "no refunds" policy because I want you to have some skin in the game... because this game really matters. When you join us, please do so because you are ready to embrace it. Sometimes we aren't sure if something with this kind of commitment is right for us - that is why I offer free discernment calls to support your decision making process. Please don't join our course if you don't plan on showing up.

And we want you to feel good about the financial investment you are making into your ReMembering and ReEnchanting journey. Money is part of the wider exchanges of energy that connects us in our modern day web. I only want to receive the investment from you that you feel good about making. Before you make the commitment to join us, try taking a moment to infuse the energy of the money you are sending with a sense of abundance, gratitude, and appreciation for the lessons you are about to receive. With this intention, we can embark on a powerful journey together, and I believe your investment will be blessed.

OUR SLIDING SCALE

We want to make this work accessible to people who are aligned with it. Financial concerns should not be the primary barrier to engaging with us in this work. At the same time, we stand in the power of this work, and the immense value that people who participate in our courses, spiritual direction, and other programming consistently get from them.  We choose not to be financially supported by a big institution in order to maintain the freedom and flexibility to meet your needs in an emergent fashion, and to practice our values of rest, connectivity, being able to say no and to pause as needed, and moving at the speed of trust.

Towards that end, sliding scales are the best option I've found so far. Most of the time, we offer a range, with several (usually 3 or 4) suggested prices. If you want to offer something outside of that range, please contact us.

The challenge with sliding scales is that most people see themselves as 'somewhere in the middle'.  This is true regardless of their actual income and actual privilege. "Someone else" will pay the upper end of the sliding scale, people think to themselves.   So I want to encourage generosity and an honest assessment of where you are. I am not going to tell you what is appropriate for you: I can't possibly know that!

And - if we operate on a sliding scale, that means that it doesn't make a lot of sense to offer sales on our products.  I try to find other ways of offering promotions (because our society is cued to think via 'the good deal'.) But consider that this work is not about getting a good deal. It is about finding value, quality, meaning, and substance that will impact your family, your business, and your capacity to serve the world.
